• Messaging metadata: SMS delivery status events (message ID, delivery status, error codes) returned by our SMS provider (Twilio) so we can confirm messages were sent.
• Reviews & testimonials: content you submit.

How we use your information

• Provide boarding, daycare, and related care services.
• Create and manage your account and your dog's profile.
• Process bookings and communicate about availability, confirmations, and changes.
• Send transactional SMS and email (e.g. booking invites, reminders, account messages) at the phone number/email you provide.
• Maintain safety records and care notes for your dog while in our care.
• Display reviews you choose to submit.

SMS messaging

When you give us your phone number (e.g. during booking or signup), you consent to receive transactional SMS from Rockstar Dog Care related to your account and bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and business, including:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Twilio — SMS delivery and delivery-status callbacks.
• Hosting / email providers used to operate the website and send transactional email.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people or animals.

Data retention

We keep account, dog profile, and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your choices

• Update your account and dog profile info from your account page.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at 316-323-8919.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
